Staff were not helpful and not willing to help, especially the one at the front desk she really needs to work on her attitude. It was not pleasing at all. And I don’t think I will like to stay here again.

Everything about the hotel was great only that the receptionist was seated while attending to their client, that is not professional, i enjoyed my stay

the hotel was cool and my stay was ok, though i had to change rooms to find one with a water heater, but they eventually got me one

The hotel was below my expectation. Everything was poor; from the tap, shower, air condition to the service was very bad. The most annoying thing was that I with someone that just came back from abroad. It wasn’t a good experience for us. Staff were not helpful. I can never recommend this hotel or stay here anymore. The place was annoying.
