I was at your hotel three months ago and I had some complains, your hotel has so much space, great facilities but they are all old and needs urgent repair. now everything is bad. Its a great place that needs to be renovated soon, most facilities that you have don't function anymore. I like the fact that the customer service is still like the last time and the environment is kept clean always.

The environment is quite noisy! Although the meals were generally good, waiters are reluctant to give back your change whenever a service was rendered.

We stayed here for to nights, hotel is very expensive but there is nothing special about it not even up to the standard of a Motel 6 in America which averages between $50 to $60 a night but they are charging over $100 a night and we had power outage about 3 times the first night and for over 30 mins span the second night.Standard does not meet expectation, service is very lousy, the only thing they are good at is greeting you every time they see you,Internet wifi didn\'t work but it was one of the advertised amenities.

My stay at Excellent Hotel was eventful, room was comfortable and spacious, breakfast was satisfactory and the service was impeccable.
