My stay in the hotel was pleasant, all the facilities were functioning and the staff were courteous.

The air conditioner in room 403 is so noisy. The hotel could not provide tooth-paste to guests. The hotel needs air-fresheners in their suites. The water-heaters are not functional. The management are not so reliable with respect to prices.

Our room was small and basic. No issues with the room, other than ants which were in our bathroom, and on the floor next to the bed. The room was not particularly clean. A hotel like this should be kept clean at all times, even before a customer checks in. I think that was the only issue I had, apart from that, every other thing was in place. Good services, good security and a very nice location.

Your guest house was clean, and your staffs were okay.

My stay was fair at the hotel , the hotel environment and rooms were not too conducive enough, the security men were not well dressed but atleast i still stayed over. please management should look into this and make proper adjustments where necessary. Thank you very much

The hotel is well secured. The standard room was not up to the standard I expected so I opted for the deluxe room and it was comfortable and spacious as expected. The service was okay and the staff were warm. We enjoyed our stay but for the restaurant we did not enjoyed it. The foreigner i came with did not like the food; I had to take them to nearly eatery to get food all through our stay. So, they need to improve on that aspect.

I have stayed here for several times and I’m used to their system. It’s always my first choice anytime I visit Abuja. I have never had any issue with them even for once.

Everything was okay and went well but no internet throughout my stay which I didn't find it funny.
