My stay at the hotel was just there, their customer service tried though they didn't come to clean my room throughout my stay at the hotel and there was no good electricity supply at the hotel

why have a hotel with useless staff....useless useless useless. have a look at the other reviews, same thing, staff level is poor. useless staff = dirty hotel= poor service=lack of respect for paying guest

The initial room I was given was nothing to write about. I was changed to another room later but the water heater in the room was not working and the air condition was off at night.

The hotel wasn't up to my expectation just averagely okay and the services provided were just there and my room okay. I didn't have any issue with them.
