Check in time: 1:00 PM, Check out time: 12:00 PM

Guests wishing to extend their stay must complete their renewal between 12:00noon and 1:00 PM daily. Failure to renew within this period may result in the room being released for sale.

Reservations must be confirmed before 5:00 PM on the arrival date. Any unconfirmed reservation after 5:00 PM will be automatically cancelled, and the room may be allocated to another guest.

A valid government issued means of identification is mandatory for all guests. No guest will be admitted into a room without presenting a valid ID. This requirement applies to both new and returning guests.

Guests checking in significantly before the standard check in time or checking out after the standard check out time may be subject to an additional charge of 50% of the applicable room rate, subject to availability and management approval.

All rooms at The Edge by Wellness are strictly non-smoking. A designated smoking area is available for guests who wish to smoke. Any guest found smoking in a room will be required to check out immediately and will forfeit all payments made. No refunds will be issued.

A maximum of three guests is permitted per room. Four or more persons are not allowed in any room.

All room bookings include complimentary breakfast for registered guests.

The Edge by Wellness reserves the right to refuse accommodation, terminate a stay, or deny access to guests who violate hotel policies or engage in conduct that compromises the comfort, safety, or well being of other guests, staff, or hotel property.
